Assistantships
Students in the MSA program have the opportunity to apply for graduate assistantships. Graduate assistantships are jobs on campus that pay a flat monthly stipend.
Opportunities are available in the Cameron School of Business and in other departments on the UNCW campus.

- MSA students receive application instructions for Cameron School of Business assistantships in their admissions packet
Assistantships in the Cameron School of Business are most commonly 10 hours/week and pay $6,000 dollars, spread evenly across the fall and spring semesters. Students are assigned to a department in the Cameron School of Business based on skills highlighted on the students' resume and assistantship application. Some examples of assistantship duties are:
- Assisting faculty with grading
- Assisting faculty with research/special projects
- Providing administrative support in the Cameron School of Business departments
- Tutoring
- Event planning support/implementation

FALL: JUNE 1, 2023
Decisions are made on a rolling basis, so apply early.
Some scholarships for the next academic year are available beginning in February and close in April. You must be an admitted student in order to apply for these scholarships.
