The Cameron School prides itself on the strong ties it has built between the university and the business community. Along with the many Cameron students, interns and alumni who work with and for area businesses, the school provides direct support to the region’s entrepreneurs, established firms and working professionals through the school’s two economic centers and a wide range of professional development courses.

Swain Center for Executive Education and Economic Development
Courses designed for working professionals and executives. Open enrollment, online, and custom programs are part of the full menu of development. The Swain Center also collects and analyzes local, state, and national economic data that impacts our region.

Small Business Technology Development Center
Provides individualized counseling designed to help businesses achieve their goals and gain a competitive advantage.

Youth Entrepreneurship Program
In this one-week summer camp, students work with faculty, entrepreneurs and current UNCW students to learn the basics of entrepreneurship and business in a fun environment. The program provides an introduction to entrepreneurship and "hands-on" project development in teams.

Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship
The center is a catalyst for entrepreneurial growth by linking emerging and high-growth ventures, entrepreneurs and support organizations to create business growth, jobs and innovation.

Wilmington Area IT Professionals
