Bethany De Lude

Bethany De Lude is a top performing and results-driven Information Security executive with broad expertise safeguarding mission-critical information, systems, and infrastructures for organizations across multiple industries. She is currently serving as the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (PCAOB) first Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), joining the company in the spring of 2019. She reports to the Office of the Chairman and is responsible for providing exceptional thought leadership and expert advice on cybersecurity related matters as well as leading the company’s information and cybersecurity program.

Prior to joining the PCAOB, she was the first CISO for the Federal Judiciary. Under her leadership, information security was elevated to a strategic concern for the Third Branch and remains its top administrative priority, championed by Chief Justice Roberts and the Judicial Conference of the United States (JCUS). Bethany has also held security leadership positions at the National Security Agency, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Riggs Bank, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the Corporate Executive Board. She is an accomplished industry speaker who has been featured at many local and national conferences.

Bethany graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Mathematics. She also earned an MS degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems from the Johns Hopkins University and holds a US Patent [Sole Inventor, U.S. Patent 6,223,985]. Bethany has been a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (27959) since 2002.

Mike Parsons
Mike Parsons

Mike is the principal at BlueTeamAssess LLC and is its Senior Cybersecurity Architect. He believes information security has a tactical and strategic value proposition for any organization and must not be viewed as a discretionary expense. Mike’s areas of expertise are in information technology, specifically in networking, information security, risk and vulnerability management. Mike earned his BA from ECU, his MBA from the University of Maryland and a graduate certificate in Information Security and Privacy from UNC at Charlotte. He is a Senior member of the ISSA and a Gold member of ISACA; holds the CISSP, PCIP, QIR, IAM, IEM, is HIPAA certified, and is a 6 year veteran of the USMC.

Ed Harris

Ed Harris is the CEO of Jericho Cyber, a CISO services organization. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from Strayer University and has 27+ years of Network and Security experience. He holds the CISSP and has spent 12 years in academia teaching Computer Security at the University of North Carolina. He’s a founding member of the Retail Cyber Information Sharing Center. He currently serves on the Cyber Security Scholarship Review Board for ISC2. He is the past President of the ISC2 Chapter in Greensboro, NC and is a former member of the National Security Council for the US Chamber of Commerce. Ed is a security evangelist and international speaker and has been speaking academically and professionally for more than 25 years.

Matthew Bohne is the Vice President and Chief Product Security Officer for Honeywell Building Technologies. He is responsible for leading the product cybersecurity and privacy program and strategy for the company. He leads a global team of talented security professionals who use a secure by design and by default approach to enhance the security in the products we sell to our customers. Matthew has more than 15 years of experience developing and leading global product cybersecurity programs and teams in the buildings, consumer, oil and gas, nuclear, industrial and pharmaceutical sectors. He is a sought-after speaker on cybersecurity and is active in the development of the ISA/IEC global cybersecurity standards for industrial and nuclear systems.
