Prague Consulting Project
Twenty-six business students traveled to Prague, Czech Republic over spring break 2016 to present the results of their consulting project to a client firm in central Europe. This year's project consisted of an in-depth financial and marketing analysis for Hamley's Toy Shop and was supervised by Dr. Bill Compton, Professor of Finance and Dr. Lisa Scribner, Associate Professor of Marketing. Traveling with the students were Dr. Lisa Scribner as well as Dr. Vince Howe, Associate Professor of Marketing and Dr. David Echevarria, Adjunct Professor of Finance.
This 3-credit course gives 3rd and 4th year finance students an opportunity to complete a business consulting project for a real client in the Czech Republic.
