Dr. Sackley has been a professor of Finance at CSB since 1999. Prior to joining the faculty, he was a Professor at the University of Southern Mississippi. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1996. Dr. Sackley also serves as Associate Dean for the Cameron School of Business, with responsibilities for Graduate Programs and external outreach. | |

Dr. Hall has been a Professor of Economics at CSB since 1974. Prior to joining the faculty, Dr.Hall was a Research Economist and Editor of Publications in the Economic Development Center at Western Carolina University. He has also served as Editor for the Carolina Coast Business Review and as Director for the Office of Economic Development and Forecasting here in CSB. He is currently Senior Economist in the Swain Center for Business and Economic Services. |

Ms. Biehner has spent her career in management positions for hospitals and other organizations including Accredo Health, Bon Secours-Holy Family Regional Health System, Child Health Corporation of America, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, and Spectrum Unlimited. She is currently an Executive In Residence at the Cameron School of Business as well as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is responsible for business development for the Swain Center for Business and Economic Services. | |

Allison Rankin serves as a program director. She works to match clients’ organizational and continuing education needs with university resources and expertise. Allison served as vice president of marketing for wilma! magazine and Greater Wilmington Business Journal. Prior to this, she served as associate dean for continuing education at Cape Fear Community College and research coordinator for Wilmington Industrial Development, the region’s economic development entity. Allison has a B.A. in art history from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and a master’s degree in library science from North Carolina Central University. In January 2010, she began work on a second master’s degree in instructional technology in UNCW’s Watson College of Education and will graduate in December 2013. |

Jennifer started working at UNCW in March 2007. Jennifer handles the logistics and marketing for events sponsored by the Swain Center. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill in 2002, Jennifer worked with a monthly business publication outside of Charlotte, NC. More recently, Jennifer served in the Sales and Catering Department at The Westin Charlotte. |
